Edublog Tipping-February, 2008
Happy February Bloggers! Remember, the first of every month is Blogtipping Day!
So, Why do we Blogtip ?
- As readers, we can share feedback with the author.
- As the authors, we find out what our audience likes/would like.
- As fellow blogtippers, we can be introduced to different blogs.
- By looking at other blogs, we can learn from each other.
- It's a wonderful way to introduce our audience to other blogs.
- It's also a great way to introduce our site to other bloggers.
So, let's get started:
The First Blog Tip is for Ms. Frizzle:
Lovin' you For:
- Excellent use of Flicker images. You show social media is not just about blogging!
- Your writing is like storytelling. Great voice.
- Your passion and commitment to education is all over your blog-I especially love the banner
Tippin you for:
- As a reader, images, bold words or phrases, indents would give the eyes a rest on the longer posts as well as enhance your content points.
The Second Blog Tip is for elearning queen
Lovin' you for:
- I love your "porch pitch" write on your banner. It is very clear to the reader what you are all about!
- Great range of content-easy to see why you have the Edblog nomination. Congrats!
- The search buttons for book AND content makes finding what you need easy to do. Great idea!
Tippin' you for:
- As a reader, I would love to see more visuals. They would grab the readers attention and could really enhance your key points.
The Third Blog Tip is for chalkdust101
Loving You For:
- Incredible visuals-great diagrams and images to rest the eyes upon. It really does enhance the important points in your content
- Posts are clear and succinct, one post one point!
- Diggin' the link love! Many edubloggers do not link out and the conversation stops at their post. Thanks for extending it outward.
Tippin You For:
- I would love to know more about the blogs you read. A blogroll would tell the reader what's on your "blogshelf".

Thanks Easton-I was inspired by how you began this with the business community and am hoping the spirit of linking out and supporting one another in the blogosphere will "rub off" in the Edublogg world! I appreciate the encouragement to keep going! I love your blog tips!
