WOW-I am soooo smiling! I came home from my husband's Christmas party late last night and heard that I had won the 2008 Edublog Award for the Best New Blog. I went to bed with a smile on my face, and it has stayed there all day today.

Here's where the joy comes from - it is not the award or the fancy badge, (although I think it is nice)-it is realizing that I have this amazing support network with readership who take time out of their busy lives to spend a few minutes with me, Your votes mean your trust, and that is a far more prestigious and valuable gift to me.
