Here's the task: Whenever life gets you down (or life is on a big high note) – keep the BPP in mind; the health and happiness of the 5-10 people closest to you.
Try this simple exercise to think about your BPP:
- Write down the 5 people that mean the most to you in your world.
- Are they happy?
- Are they healthy?
That’s it! It's that simple! And in only seconds…it can bring perspective to your life!
