Over the last four months or so, the word Passion has been on the forefront of my mind and on the tip of my tongue — a lot.
Though many think of passion as an emotion first, I have come to believe passion is a mindset, a choice. As motivational speaker Zig Ziglar has said for years, Do It, and You Will Feel Like Doing It. I would argue that to "feel" passion, we must first "decide" passion.
Choosing passion is to be wholeheartedly committed to the purpose of achieving results and adding value. Choosing passion requires working with enthusiasm, energy, vigor, and determination to create and construct something meaningful. Choosing passion puts us and those around us in "wow" mode. Often, if not always.
- Passion is beyond the emotional state of wanting to do something. It becomes almost a physical drive and need to do it beyond the wanting.
- Passion is pure JOY.
- Passion is focused consciousness that changes worlds.
- Passion is my work.
- Passion is contagious.
- Passion is devotion with enthusiasm.
- Passion is attractive – when you see it or hear, it, you want some of it.

- Passion is timeless, can’t be shaken from you and is what you live for – your non-negotiable!
- Passion is energy with intent and purpose.

- Passion is STUDENTS!
- Passion is an intense feeling for life, people, and everything else you believe in and love.
- Passion is up to you.
- Passion is DISRUPTIVE.
- Passion is when our hearts embrace our thoughts.
- Passion is desperately needed but doesn't come from a "program"
- Passion takes time, but the reward is sweet.
- Passion enables us to overcome obstacles (both real and imagined) and to see the world as a place of infinite potential.
- Passion is a spirit that looks at every occurrence and discovers the golden kernels of what can be, what should be and what will be.
