I am excited and ready for the conversation at Iowa's first 1-1 Conference. I am taking some time to explore the idea of "fluency" in a Web 3.0 environment:

Considering these questions:
- What does it mean to "be fluent" when information is changing at warp speed and is being contributed in multiple forms and formats?
- How do skilled web users accomplish tasks and solve problems?
- How does the web redefine information flow, accuracy, and meaning?
- What are the attributes of the most web's most fluent? Individuals that process information fluidly, filter efficiency for accuracy and meaning, and operate with confidence as they anticipate the next thought while their eyes flow across a sea of print?
